It is a well-known fact that flying monkeys are not good at independent thinking, and therefore their questions should not be ignored

What monster gallery would be complete without a scary clown? Here is one of the scariest clowns ever: Pennywise. Pennywise is the villain, or at least the one that people see, in Stephen King’s It.

Slim has always been a big fan of Ray Harryhausen’s stop-motion film work. And one of Slim’s favorite Harryhausen movie’s is Earth vs The Flying Saucers. Here is a mock movie poster but without all of that pesky writing.

Slim couldn’t have a monster gallery without featuring the king of all monsters: Godzilla!

The Stay Puff Marshmellow Man is perhaps the least frightening specter in appearance to ever terrorize a major city. Thus earning him a spot in Slim’s Menagerie of Miscellaneous Monsters.

Slim isn’t a big fan of sea monsters but he has always wanted to say “Release the Kracken!”, so here is a Kracken.

While Slim hasn’t been there to narrate, there have been a few times when Kiaju have shown up in the gremlin’s adventures. Here is King Ghidora, the three-headed, winged archenemy of Godzilla and one of Slim’s favorites giant city smashing monsters.
Does anyone happen to know what Ghidora is king of?

There have been numerous appearances of werewolves within the panels of the Pesky Gremlins comic strip so it stands to reason that Slim would seek out a werewolf image or two for his Menagerie of Miscellaneous Monsters.

Slim has picked the star of the 1986 movie Critters to start off this week’s Menagerie of Miscellaneous Monsters display. The toothy little guy has gnawed a place into Slim’s heart. That would be a metaphorical heart. Slim clearly doesn’t have an actual heart.

The monsters from the Alien movies have long been some of Slim’s favorites. In fact, Slim has tried on several occasions to do an Alien themed Halloween story, but creative differences between Slim and the Writing Department have prevented such an effort from bearing fruit. So, Slim will just have to be content with posting pictures of these frightening aliens in his Monsters Gallery.

An obvious choice for Slim’s Menagerie of Miscellaneous Monsters is a gremlin. Slim thought that it would be a good idea to post this rather obvious selection as one of the first postings. This particular guy is “Stripe,” the leader of the gremlins.
