Pesky Gremlins Comic 968 – Toaster Trouble

Toaster Trouble

The gremlins return from the holidays by putting a little extra spring in Elmo's toaster.

The gremlins will be on a limited schedule for the next several weeks and will only be appearing once a week.  This is due to the fact that I am still in the process of upgrading a number of things related to the software that is used to create the strip.  At this point all of the software has been successfully updated but as is typical in an endeavor such as this, even without gremlins, some of it isn't working as expected.  There are also a lot of new features and functions that have been added.  So there is lots to learn.  Once these issues are resolved, the gremlins will be back on their regular schedule with a new story.

King Ghidora

King Ghidora

While Slim hasn’t been there to narrate, there have been a few times when Kiaju have shown up in the gremlin’s adventures.  Here is King Ghidora, the three-headed, winged archenemy of Godzilla and one of Slim’s favorites giant city smashing monsters.

Does anyone happen to know what Ghidora is king of?

Alien

Alien Xenomorph

The monsters from the Alien movies have long been some of Slim’s favorites. In fact, Slim has tried on several occasions to do an Alien themed Halloween story, but creative differences between Slim and the Writing Department have prevented such an effort from bearing fruit. So, Slim will just have to be content with posting pictures of these frightening aliens in his Monsters Gallery.

Announcing Slim’s Menagerie of Miscellaneous Monsters!

Slim, the world's most famous plastic glow-in-the-dark skeleton

Announcing Slim’s Menagerie of Miscellaneous Monsters! During the month of October, every weekday Slim will post a picture of one of his favorite monsters, ghoulies, ghosties, and various villains to his new gallery. Of course, the first picture that a showman, such as Slim, would choose is one of himself! Although this portrait of Slim is a little less cartoony than his usual appearance, we can clearly see his glow-in-the-dark personality shining through.
