Pesky Gremlins Comic 967 – Christmas Godzilla

Christmas Godzilla

The gremlins have constructed an all new Christmas Godzilla and want to wish all of our readers a MONSTEROUSLY Merry Christmas!

The gremlins and I are going to take a little break over the Christmas and New Year's holidays.  I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season.

The gremlins and their friends will be back some time in January 2o26 after I have done the updates to the equipment and software that I use to create the comic strip.  Hopefully, the gremlins will stay in their lane and NOT help me with these tasks.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, all!

Something Different from Mark Appleyard

Mark Appleyard's version of the gremlins

Here is a featured image that is a little different in that I didn’t do it. I was surprised (and delighted) to find this image on Instagram recently. This was create by the talented Mark Appleyard who I have been following for years. Mark is also a talented photographer and you can see both his comic and photographic work at his website:

War of the Worlds Tripods

War of the Worlds Tripods

For Halloween day, Slim selected something to remember the 1938 Orson Welles broadcast of H. G. Wells’s War of the Worlds. Since the Orson Welles broadcast didn’t have any images to accompany it, Slim had to pick something from a newer source.  Therefore, Slim picked the 1955 Classics Illustrated comic book’s depiction of the Martian Tripod.
