Another voodoo doll.  This one left outside to let Dr. Quest know that poor Alvero is stricken into a trance.  From Jonny Quest, episode 12 – “The Dreadful Doll”

      Ha! you are right. It does sort of look like Zorro. Especially, with the shading around the eyes. I guess this voodoo doll could have multiple uses.
