A Bone to Pick

Officer Stern confronts a dilemma over the use of his pen.

One a side note, Officer Stern is a new character.  He will make at least one more appearance.  He is a lot of fun to draw since he wears a dark police uniform and has all that law enforcement gear.  He is, as his name implies, a stern enforcer of the law and very possessive of his ballpoint pen.

This is a small detail that is hidden in the background but will be important for the next cartoon.   How many gremlins are under the sheet (lumpy ghost costume)?
