Seeing the Signs
As if finding an enormous cordovan colored zeppelin floating where his maps indicated Count Cordovan’s secret was located wasn’t enough, the signage should help the Fearless Flyer confirm his target.
And here is another bonus for making it to the web page:
This is the Fearless Flyer’s faithful aerial steed from panel #2, the Bristol F2B two-seat fighter. I changed my mind at the last minute and drew this instead of another boring side view. Considering that I completed this in a little over an hour, it came out much better than I expected. On final word, if I had known how much effort it would take to do the blinking neon signs, I would have never done this cartoon. Resizing the cartoon for the various social media took a huge amount of time. However, now that I know how to do it, we might see more small animations added to future strips.

All villains should be required to properly label themselves.
That’s a really nice drawing of the Bristol. And the neon animation is pretty neat, too!

It would be nice if bad guys and villains were labeled appropriately.
Thanks Peter!

Neon signs take all the guess work out of it.
Great work on the animation, H!

Good signage is essential.
Thanks RG. The mini-animation was kind of fun. Got some ideas on some easy things to do in the future.

Awesome! Love the simple neon flashing. So fun!

Thanks Jack! The neon sign was fun to do as well. If the Gulls need any signs, you know where to go!
