Thanksgiving Day Parade
The gremlins were invited to participate in the first annual CRAZIES Day Parade on Twitter ( #CRAZIESDayParade ). The idea is to draw your cartoon characters as parade balloon appearing in one of the big Thanksgiving Day parades. Lucas, already having a big head, was the one who got to appear as the balloon, but the rest of the characters that showed up in the comic strip this year are there, too as balloon handlers.
The parade idea comes from @JonsCrazyTweets and @Lollipop_Comics on Twitter. Thanks for the invite!
And here are the parade balloons that were behind Lucas. First up, is Snoopy in his WWI flying ace outfit.
Next is another parade favorite, SpongeBob SquarePants
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Lucas gets to fly! Are those 3D buddings for the backdrop? They look really good.

Not only that, but Lucas got to hangout with some of the cartoon greats (in balloon form).
Yes, the background is a 3D New York scene. It’s not quite what I was looking for. To get what I really wanted would require a MUCH bigger and better computer.

Awesome Parade Balloons Howard. Anything featuring Snoopy has to be a winner.

I admit that Snoopy was the most fun to draw.
