The Tinman, new to matters of the heart, observers how others wear theirs.
It puts the lotion on it’s skin, or else it gets the hose again. No wait, that’s not for heart shaped clocks. If it’s an Apple it’s a watch but if it’s a heart locket you wear it around your neck, it’s all so confusing.
It is confusing. There are no social conventions for an external heart.
It would be best to hide that one!
I agree. That “heart” is most unfashionable. I can see why the Wizard of Oz gave it away.
Affairs of the heart are never simple… o_O
They are always complicated. Especially, the first ones.
I wonder if the ticking keeps him awake at night.
No, he finds the ticking comforting. But he worries that it may wind down and stop. No one wants their heart to stop ticking.
