Trick no Treat
On Halloween, gremlins prefer tricks over treats. In this instance, Officer Stern discovers that is patrol car has been TP’ed by Snafu while he was writing up Slim for speeding.
Since Slim the plastic glow-in-the-dark skeleton did not appear in today’s Halloween strip, here is a picture of him motoring in “his” vintage Corvette.
