Nice gray tones! I can only crosshatch in black and white with ink!

Thank you, RG! The first INKTOBER drawings looked a little bare, so I added some gray with wash and markers (and a more than a little clean up with the computer). I also spent WAY too much time on it. 🙂

Just curious, are you a big Jonny Quest fan?

I am a Jonny Quest fan. It was my favorite cartoon as a kid and we even got up early while I was in college to watch the reruns. I recently got all of the old episodes on DVD and really enjoyed seeing them again and thought it would be fun to do a Jonny Quest themed INKTOBER.

That’s neat. I don’t remember Johnny Quest very well myself. Probably after my time.

I was a little too young to remember Jonny Quest when it first came out in ’64. I mainly remember it from when I got up “early” to watch it while I was in college (during the ’80s). 🙂

I didn’t know it was out that early. I guess I’m about your age, then, but I don’t really recall seeing Johnny Quest regularly.
