Broken Code
Snafu was feeling a little left out of the current story and put some broken code into the website. Normally, Lucas does this sort of thing. Although Snafu does not quite understand what he has done, he is nevertheless quite proud of his new found coding skills.

It could be worse. He could be standing in C++, I still really hate that language…

I thought of putting C, C++, or even Assembler in this strip, but went with HTML because a lot more people are familiar with it and have likely experienced something like this (probably a missing bracket).
I agree with you that I don’t really like C++ but I kind of liked working with C (and its MANY derivatives)

True. I have heard horrible things about Assembler…never had to touch it and have no plans to in the future. Just like Comp. Architecture classes in college, no thank you!
H Stacy
Its best to stay away from Assembler. Gremlins live for opportunities to mess with your Assembler code.

Great strip!

Thanks P.J.! This might be the first time anyone smiled at broken code.

Those boys are so dumb, they think the dark web just needs new batteries.

One of the beauties of being a gremlin is that you don’t need to be smart to break stuff.

Brilliant idea for a comic. I wonder how hard it is to remove the html from his foot? Maybe a strong solvent will help
H Stacy
I think that the HTML on Fubar’s foot can be scrapped off with a stick 🙂

Nah, just spray some CSS on it, it should cascade right off.
H Stacy
CSS comes in a spray can?
