By Invitation Only

According to vampire lore, a vampire must be invited in by their victims.  This could present a problem to our story's vampire, who seems to lack some of the usual charm and charisma that comes with your average bloodsucker.

Oh, and our new vampire character is named "Blad" and he is relatively new to the role of vampire.  Which explains how Slim was able to hire him on the cheap and at the last minute.
