Pre-existing Condition
Upon arriving at the doctor’s office, Sarah C. S. Stout runs into another formidable monster.
Today’s web page bonus image is an oldie. This is a Ray Harryhausen flying saucer from the 1956 movie: “Earth vs. The Flying Saucers” I haven’t seen the movie in many years, but I remember it well.
This flying saucer also looks very similar to those in the more recent “Mars Attacks” movie.

I hear slime insurance is pretty expensive.
I wouldn’t mind taking that saucer for a spin.

You can’t even get slime or blob insurance around here!
I wouldn’t mind a ride in a flying saucer either. Just as long as I wasn’t abducted by aliens to get it.

Now that is a problem!
H Stacy
It is a very sticky problem!

At least the doc’s opinion was free…
Ah! “Earth vs the Flying Saucers” is one I haven’t got in my dvd collection! I shall have to correct that soon!
H Stacy
The doctor’s opinion wasn’t exactly medical gold (or helpful)
I, too, am going to have to find and watch “Earth vs the Flying Saucers” and “Mars Attacks” during the month of October.
