Thanks, that was done with a Mesh Transformation. You just stretch the picture into the shape you want. Kinda like Silly Putty.

If Photoshop? I don’t know if my old version has that. It works very well, though.

I don’t have the full-blown Photoshop, so I am not sure if mesh transformations are there. Definitely not in my version. The mesh transformation that I use is in Clip Studio Paint. It is very flexible in that it let you define the mesh that you put over the image. I use it all the time for the backgrounds
